		<description>Every morning I wake up and rub my favorite Buddha&#039;s belly. It&#039;s on a makeshift altar on top of my armoire really high up where the kids can&#039;t knock it or play. Then I do at least one set of sun salutations and get going.  It&#039;s a short ritual, but it wakes me up.</description>
